Testimonials

Bimal is an excellent attorney. His knowledge is superb as he dealt and is still dealing with us and our business. I recommend his practice to anyone who is seeking a knowledgeable attorney.

In my opinion Mr. Merchant best/economical legal resource for any start up. Because he is very flexible and committed to deliver the best for his clients needs and make them success full. The best part is, he always available on phone ( including weekends) and consistently follow up with his clients.

Bimal assisted me in a difficult family business matter in a very respectful, understanding and professional manner. Our situation did not fit into his normal line of practice, but he still consulted with us to give some advice, answer some questions and recommend some other lawyers. Based on my positive experience with him, I will use him on another potential business matter that I am pursuing if it develops to the point of needing legal work.
